S

Search and railway data

How do I search for a station or train?

Open the station directory and start with the departure board.

Why can a station show no trains?

Check the date and time range first. A source may also publish the station but not its departure board, or no rail service may match the selected period. The page states when the live feed is missing.

What is the difference between a timetable and realtime information?

A timetable describes the planned service. Realtime information confirms an observation or operational change such as a delay, cancellation or platform. They remain separately labelled.

A

Alerts

What are alerts for?

Alerts focus on changes that may require attention: delay thresholds, platform changes, cancellations or a return to normal. Duplicate events are grouped.

Which notification channels are planned?

Email through Resend is the only active channel in this release once the sending domain is configured. Web Push, SMS, WhatsApp and Telegram are not active yet.

Do I need an account to save an alert?

Yes. Sign-in uses a one-time email link and no password. Rules are stored in PostgreSQL and can be paused or deleted from My alerts.

C

Coverage

Which countries are covered?

The coverage page lists every market and distinguishes connected, partial and unavailable sources. A connected country does not necessarily provide platforms, disruptions or vehicle positions everywhere.

Can I follow a cross-border train?

Yes when the available identifiers and calls support a reliable match. If continuity across the border cannot be proven, the different segments remain separate instead of being merged by guesswork.

Is the information official?

The service uses official APIs and public railway feeds where available, then reorganises them for reading. For an operational decision, always check the railway operator's instructions as well.

P

Privacy and support

What personal data is collected?

Public search works without an account. The selected language and device-only preferences may be stored locally. Email and followed trains will only be retained when the user explicitly enables alerts.

Does the site use advertising cookies?

No advertising or optional analytics cookie is enabled by default. The language cookie is strictly necessary, and consent will be requested before any optional audience measurement is introduced.

How can I report incorrect information?

Use the contact page and include the station, train, date, source shown and the discrepancy. These details make it possible to reproduce the issue without inventing a correction.

Still need help?

Send the precise station, train, date and source so the issue can be checked efficiently.
